Enter a listing 'Headline' and 'Description'.Note: If the property address is in Victoria you are required to attach a 'Statement of information' to the Coming Soon listing. Select if you would like to show or hide the property price and enter in a 'Minimum price' and 'Maximum price' for the property. To move to step 4 click on the red 'Next' button.To move to step 3 click on the red 'Next' button. Click on the red 'Next' button to move to Step 2. Before moving to the next step, you will also need to select the Terms & Conditions. Enter the property address and select if you want the property address to be visible or hidden.Click on the red 'Create a Coming Soon listing' button at the bottom of the screen.From the navigational menu options, click on 'For sale' and then from the dropdown click on 'Coming soon'.On the left side, click on the 'Sales' button.Click on the 'Listings and Campaigns' tab at the top of your screen.

Coming Soon listings can be viewed through clicking on the Saved Search Alert notification. To create a Coming Soon listing in Ignite, your agency must hold a Premiere+ subscription, and you are required to have the correct Ignite permissions.Ĭoming Soon listings are targeted through Saved Search Alerts that are set up through a MyREA account. It enables an agency to create a "Coming Soon" listing through Ignite to be sent out to consumers before a property is listed on. Coming Soon is a feature of the Premiere+ subscription.
